Sacred Space - Christians & Druids
Before there was churches christians used to worship at their homes. These homes need one big room to accommodate the congregation. They would sometimes buy a house in common, but the house would only be under one persons name. This person was called the custodian and they would then use that, but they never had traditional churches they had house churches. These house churches services were do in secret. However if the congregation go to big they would either divide it into two congregations or hold it at a bigger location, also in secret. If the house churches everyone would be persecuted.
